2025 Women's Leadership Retreat

Who: Leadership Montana is thrilled to bring together a diverse group of 35 women, including YOU! Leaning in and learning together, this exclusive event promises to empower leaders and have a profound impact. Our trainers this year are Jen Davis, Hatton Littman, and Sheri Jarvis. All of these women are dynamic leaders and bring their own style and experience to the classroom. You’re in for a treat!

What: The annual LMT Women's Leadership Retreat is an immersive experience that offers two days of captivating conversations, invaluable knowledge sharing, and personal leadership development. The sessions this year focus on building personal power, navigating life transitions, a restorative art project, reflecting on the past year, and setting goals for the upcoming year. Click here for the agenda. Of course, we include intentional breaks for you to recharge and refocus in ways that are effective for you.

Where: Picture yourself amidst the breathtaking beauty of Chico Hot Springs, a serene and invigorating backdrop that perfectly complements this empowering journey.

Why: Because you're worth it! Take some time at year's end to slow down and gather with other women leaders to reflect, learn, grow, and recharge. 

Chico Hot Springs:
The room block rate is $120-$205 + taxes, depending on personal room selection. That cost includes access to the hot springs and reservations can be made by calling 406-333-4933 and asking for the Leadership Montana room block. 

New this year: We are trying to balance providing a quality experience with speakers that are fairly compensated, cozy event space, and nourishing food with ensuring that we keep it affordable for as many of our leaders as possible. To meet rising costs, we had to increase our registration from $350 to $400 per participant and this still leaves us with a shortfall. Our planning committee brainstormed the ideas below to help us create a fantastic experience and close the financial gap:

Creating a 'pay it forward" option. Some people can pay more, some can't. If you can, and you'd like to, please consider paying it forward so this event remains financially viable for LMT.

Amy Coseo sponsorship - many of us knew Amy (LMT 2017, Masters 2019), and her love of the Women's Retreat. A committee member (and board member) Anne Hughes, suggested that we create a sponsorship in her name and list her as a sponsor. This will be a wonderful way to hold space for Amy at the Retreat every year. 

If you want to contribute to either of these opportunities, you will see a line item titled Donate to the Amy Coseo Sponsorship or Pay It Forward at registration checkout. Please type in an amount you are comfortable with and it will be added to your registration cost. There is absolutely NO pressure to do this, just creative ideas that are offered with love and no judgement.
